PerfectPanel Introduces “Hidden Services” for Private, User-Restricted Offerings
PerfectPanel announced the rollout of “Hidden services,” a feature that allows panel owners to make selected services visible only to specific users while keeping them hidden from the general catalog. According to PerfectPanel, the capability is designed for situations like special promotions, internal testing, and bespoke options for VIP clients, without exposing those items publicly. This update means panel operators can curate access more precisely, aligning service visibility with account-level permissions.
Panel owners using PerfectPanel will now be able to designate any service—or an entire group of services—as private and assign access on a per-user basis. In practice, administrators can select one or more services, open the Actions menu, and choose “Hide service” or “Hide all.” Access can then be granted to selected users in each user’s settings, ensuring only approved accounts can see and order those hidden items. Clients can expect that exclusive or test services will appear in their panel only if access has been explicitly granted; otherwise, those services will not be visible.
For operators, the immediate impact is a cleaner public service list and more controlled distribution of specialized or in-progress offerings. The feature is available now and requires no additional setup beyond the menu actions and user permissions described. As a result, panel owners can maintain a clear separation between general services and restricted ones, streamline internal testing workflows, and provide tailored experiences for VIP clients. This targeted visibility approach gives resellers and panel owners running on PerfectPanel a straightforward way to manage private catalogs alongside their standard service lineup.
