PerfectPanel expands profit reporting and adds cost tracking for manual services

PerfectPanel announced a set of profitability enhancements designed to give panel owners clearer, more actionable financial data. According to PerfectPanel, operators who sell their own manual services can now define the cost of each service and subscription directly within the service settings. The platform will automatically apply these cost values across Orders and Reports, aligning cost and revenue at the order level to produce more accurate margin figures. In parallel, PerfectPanel has broadened its reporting options so panel owners can track profit not only at a global level but also by users, individual services, providers, and additional breakdowns.

Panel owners using PerfectPanel will now see new cost fields when configuring manual services and subscriptions; once set, profit calculations will be reflected automatically in order views and summary reports. This update means operators can view margins with greater precision across customers, services, and providers, helping them understand true profitability and inform pricing and supply choices. Clients can expect no changes to the purchasing experience; the changes are internal to panel management and intended to improve the accuracy of financial reporting. For resellers and panel teams, the practical outcome is a consolidated, system-wide view of profit that reduces bookkeeping friction and supports quicker, data-backed business decisions.
