PerfectPanel announced the addition of a Service Delivery Report designed to give panel owners a clear view of how individual services are performing. According to PerfectPanel, the report highlights services with high counts of Fail or Error orders, surfaces lines where orders are piling up in Pending or In-progress, and flags services with elevated rates of canceled or partially completed orders. The new report is available directly in the Reports section of the admin area, providing an at-a-glance health check across active offerings.

Panel owners using PerfectPanel will now be able to act faster when delivery issues arise. This update means administrators can immediately address problems—whether by troubleshooting, temporarily disabling a service to prevent the accumulation of problematic orders, or replacing the underperforming service with an alternative. Clients can expect more proactive management of stuck or failing orders, as the report enables quicker detection and intervention. In practice, owners will see clearer indicators of where operational attention is needed, allowing them to stabilize delivery, reduce order backlogs, and maintain a more reliable catalog. By consolidating performance signals in one place, the Service Delivery Report streamlines decision-making and supports consistent fulfillment quality for panels running on PerfectPanel.
