PerfectPanel adds self-service PDF invoices with configurable taxes, languages, and payment-method controls

PerfectPanel announced a new Invoices module that enables users to generate and download PDF invoices for their payments without administrator involvement. According to PerfectPanel, panel owners can set company details that appear on invoices, while end users can optionally add their own information in their profile so that billing data is included automatically. This update means invoice requests no longer require manual processing, and users can access documentation for their payments directly.

The module introduces flexible configuration options. Panel owners using PerfectPanel will now be able to define invoice settings such as whether to include taxes, how invoice text is translated, and which payment methods allow invoice downloads. According to PerfectPanel, these settings can be tailored per panel to match the payment methods offered and the language needs of the user base. Clients can expect the ability to download an invoice in PDF format for eligible payments, with the content and availability determined by the panel’s configuration.

PerfectPanel also noted an implementation detail for panels running custom code themes. To ensure the new functionality appears correctly, owners using custom themes should update the addfunds.twig and account.twig files. With those templates in place, users will see the relevant invoice options on payment-related pages and the profile fields for adding personal details that appear on invoices. This release centers on making payment documentation accessible to users while giving panel owners direct control over invoice presentation, tax inclusion, language, and payment-method eligibility.
