PerfectPanel adds five Admin API v2 methods for bulk order, cancel, and refill management; v1 deprecation set for October 1

PerfectPanel announced an expansion of its Admin API v2, introducing five methods aimed at streamlining manual order processing and the management of cancel and refill workflows. According to PerfectPanel, the release includes a batch order update method that lets operators set status, start count, remains, and cancel reason for multiple orders in a single call. Four task-focused methods round out the update: bulk retrieval of manual cancel tasks, bulk rejection of cancel requests, bulk retrieval of manual refill tasks, and a bulk status update for refill tasks.

This update means fewer API calls and consolidated actions for common back-office operations. Panel owners using PerfectPanel will now be able to pull queues of pending cancels and refills, act on them in bulk, and push consistent order updates without chaining multiple requests. According to PerfectPanel, Admin API v2 also provides stronger security through multi-key access and per-method permissions, giving operators tighter control over who can read or modify orders and tasks. Clients can expect more timely visibility into order state—such as remains, start count, and refill outcomes—as panels batch-process updates and decisions.

To start using the new methods, PerfectPanel advises ensuring your Admin API key has the appropriate access in Panels > (…) > Admin API v2 settings. PerfectPanel also confirmed that Admin API v1 will be deprecated on October 1; operators relying on v1 should migrate to v2 to avoid disruptions. In practice, that means updating integrations to target the new v2 endpoints, enabling the correct permissions, and testing batch workflows so manual order processing, cancel handling, and refills continue without interruption.
